like lowering cool down per point in skill. Q is 9 seconds at all ranks. W is 9 seconds at all ranks. E is 6 seconds at all ranks.
Honestly Q and W can go down a second per point and it will be balanced.
Q shield needs a buff in either duration or size if it doesnt decreases cooldown per point.
And possibly a movement speed buff. 345/350

Yeah but the problem is every champ can carry once fed :/ Kassadin is just out classed on every aspect except mobilty in mid to late game. pre 11 he is still pretty immobile.
FrozenIndustry1 votesI'll admit that I haven't played him much recently, but that's more of a result of me playing less midlane than I had previously. And not true, there are some champs that just don't have the same potential to carry as others.
But overall he still functions pretty well, he's certainly a very viable pick for midlane, and still destroys a lot of his previously good matchups. A small QoL buff might be nice, like shaving a few seconds off of the R stack duration, but right now I think that there are other champs much more deserving of attention.
