Champion Tokens

With the removal of IP next season, will champion tokens still be viable into rolling into new random new champions to add to your loot? I know you get champion tokens from boxes, but I remember in the store, you can buy champion tokens, will that still be a thing, as well as rerolling into champion permanents?
