Muting Someone In-Game Should Mute Them In The End-Game Lobby too

If I took the time to mute someone in-game, it's because they were being toxic, verbally abuse, or had a negative attitude, etc. When I mute someone, I never want to hear them speak again. I don't want to let their toxicity or abuse affect my attitude or gameplay.

With that being said, I think players that you mute in-game should also be muted at the post-game lobby.

I don't want to see this toxic fucking Twitch flame everyone as soon as the game ends, just because he knows both teams can see it and there's no way to ignore him. Regardless of why I muted him in-game, chances are, I don't want to hear his shit in the post-game lobby either. I don't ever want to see him speak again.

Now, yes, I could just leave the lobby. Sure. But sometimes I want to talk to non-toxic people in that chat. Sometimes I want to honor players. Sometimes I want to look at the damage charts. But I can't without seeing this toxic player flaming everyone.

Muting players is designed to allow you to ignore those toxic players, or just people that distract you in general. It's a brilliant feature, and I use it all the time. It prevents me from tilting in my games, and I can stay calm and do my best without anyone being an asshole. Unfortunately, when a player can flame me or anyone else in the post-game lobby, and I can see it? It's still tilting. Even if I'm not in game, I get upset. Sometimes I even write a nasty reply, and get even more frustrated. It can tilt me going into my next game, and as a result, I play worse.

I think it's a feature that should be implemented. But hey, that's just my two cents.

Couldn't agree more. This should be an extension of the mute feature. If I mute someone, it's because I don't want them ruining my gameplay experience, in or out of the game.
