you said you reworked le blanc but you honestly only buffed all her dmg. her Q deals double them dmg than it did before the so called rework. her W applies two stacks of her passive. her E is exactly the same but it can now proc the freaking passive which crits. and sometimes lb can crit two times in a row by simply QW. NERF LB! and make an actual rework on her
