I need help...

Ok, so i'm a hard stuck silver 2/1 player. I have currently lost 11 ranked games and won 1 (including some ranked flex games) and i feel like it's pretty much my teams fault i lose. What am i supposed to do if my everyone in my team is having negative stats and just act completely dumb, when i'm having plus stats. Every game i've lost my teammates have had bad stats. Not just bad, i mean VERY bad, for example: 2/14, 4/11, 2/9 etc. And one time i even had a Lee sin that just left a totally winnable game because he was 2/4 or something. I went and checked his match history after that game and this was not the first game he left a game. I'm not saying that i deserve Diamond or something but atleast gold... and i might not the best at carrying games, so i would like some tips to help me improve. And yes, 3 or 4 games i've had bad games but not every game. So i would appreciate some help. I've left a link to my match history so anyone can see the games and tell me what i can do better so i can finally escape elo hell. :) So i would appreciate if you could leave a comment and help me out!
