They're probably gonna fix it in the next patch. I was talking with a Rioter before they released the skin and there was a chance for the skin to get delayed for the next patch due to the SFX volume it has. But it looks like they shipped the skin as it was before they corrected it and plan to correct it in the next patch. Hopefully...
