Nocturne too op.

He gets 2.15 attack speed while with only a Phantom Dancer, I play yas, got the same item as him and I cant 1v1 him, he ults and one shot, he gets his q and he can run you down, while fearing you , thus you cant attack, while he gets a ton of attack speed and keeps hitting you with autos. Its like he has a rage blade, without having to pay for one. Did I mention that nocturne is only running electrocute, not lethal tempo? Well yes he was. This is not ok. I can accept dealing with leblanc, and working around her cd though, shes broken right now, I can accept dealing with zoe , I can accept dealing with kannen, I can accept singed or vlad, but some things are just too op. Balance team Sigh. Fix this.
