BARD questions... because I missed the Q&A

Hi, I missed the bard Q&A, so I'll ask anyone who has the time and resources to test this out:

How does Bard's ultimate interact with banshee's veil on both his allies and his foes? In addition, what about spellshield? And while we're on that subject, can his ultimate be cleansed? Can Kalista ult the enemy support out of the bard ultimate?

I don't have the PBE installed (computer reset), so I'd appreciate if someone could tell me the answers. Thanks!
