Flex Queue is a Disaster

I takes me an average of 15-20 minutes to connect and successfully get through champion select. Once through, over half the games have some wildly imbalanced set of players or and AFK/Troll. I would estimate there has been 1 of my last 15 games that was a reasonably, fair game with all 10 players. This is becoming a monumental waste of time.

Please fix - it was SO much better during the season.

Currently at minute 15 in my 3:30 estimate. This after I tried 5 times to get into a game only to end in a remake when someone didn't connect.
