Spell Shields

There is a delay between when a spell hits a spellshield and when the shield is popped. This allows spellshields to block more than 1 spell. I think this is unfair, because if I have to wait for the delay before casting my second ability, the back line will have more time to react and escape my range. For example, the enemy amumu (with banshees veil) flashed into my team. I flashed so that him and the enemy adc would both be within my range, I then casted darkwind to break amumus banshee's spell shield, and terrify to prevent amumu from casting curse of the sad mummy on my team. I then used my deathfire grasp on missfortune and drained her. The banshees veil blocks both darkwind and terrify, amumu then casts bandage toss on me to interrupt my drain on mf, and then casts curse of the sad mummy entangling my team and winning the teamfight and then the game.

If I had to wait between casting darkwind and terrify for the delay, amumu would have casted bandage toss on me, preventing me from casting any abilities, and then he would have casted curse of the sad mummy, and missforutne would have repositioned outside of my range.

I think spellshields should only block 1 ability before popping and should not be able to block multiple abilities.

I've never seen that happen with a BV, but I've seen Sivirs take 2 spells to the face before her SS pops. Same mechanic, I guess, but still. I agree, that shouldn't be happening at all, since it contradicts the description of both BV and Sivir's SS.

It might be a bug.
