Tried many times when I played as Malzahar and ult on Zoe she still can leave my circle but still getting linked. Like when she tried to jump in front of me and I R her immediately and then she can jump back and linked also. Can't Malzahar's R totally stop her move?

its a non channeled teleport.
(I am almost positive) That when Malz Ults someone and one of your team CC's the ulted person it will knock them out of your ult. So Zoe's ult should blink her back to the starting location but she will be still suppressed.
