Mage update-Morgana

Morgana has been my favorite champion and main since mid season 3, when i started playing League of legends. I have been here for a lot of changes to her, nerfs, buffs, etc. Personally I am quite interested in what you will bring come the mage update, and I am really looking forward to what happens to my favorite angel, as well as the other mages.

As for the answers to your questions for me:

What aspect is most core or sacred to their identity?

To me the most core and sacred part of Morgana is her Dark Binding(Q), Black Shield (E), and most importantly Soul Shackles(R). Tormented soil(W) is also an ability that i believe meshes well with the rest of her kit, and allows her to push against many mid laners. These abilities not only mesh with one another in her spell rotation, but they all fit the theme of a fallen angel spell-caster, which contrasts well in the comparison of her sister Kayle, who reminds me of a spell-sword kind of Angel (Enchanting sword through other means), Another core part to me is the fact that she can fill both roles as the Mid laner, and the support. I do also believe that her passive spellvamp is a very core part of her as well.

What issue bothers you the most when playing them?

In the short note, nothing really bothers me in terms of Morgana's kit, I do recall reading a thread about a year or so back about making Morgana's passive have another effect in addition to spellvamp, (which i would love to see, and if another route needs to be taken and the spellvamp removed, that is fine with me). The only thing that I would really say, and i catch myself saying it sometimes, is that I personally preferred all the way back in season 3 when tormented soil used to reduce Magic Resist, as opposed to deal .5% more damage for every 1% of missing health. It felt more like a cursed ground that hurt you in more ways rather than just damage. As a side note, I completely understand why tormented soil was changed back then, and I look forward to what the Mage Update brings!

They've already said they aren't updating utility mages, even specifically called out Morgana as healthy so don't worry about her.
