I think it'd be cool if this happened, it would make red buff and botrk builds etc. work better for him, and it'd be a good buff overall. If you don't want to do this, could you consider buffing him or doing something to help him out?

Jhin is fine, there is nothing wrong with a 49% winrate. When things make their way back to single tank comps he'll come back because he just isn't good at dealing with tanks for obvious reasons.

He doesn't need to be good against tanks, he's supposed to be bad in that department. No need for him to be good against everything. If you do that he will just become a problem and get nerfed for it.

i like that pic lol. Also I think Jhin is fine, he still has a lot of utility. He is like in the same spot as Ashe. Until utility ADC meta comes back we can expect for Jhin not to be too strong. Though he is one of the most fun adc lol
