Ending game other than surrender

So, I just had a game in twisted treeline where the other 2 players were bots... so of course, I was going to lose and I wanted to surrender as soon as possible. Turns out, I couldn't surrender because that requires 3 votes. Then, I wanted to exit the game, and I couldn't because it said I could be banned for other matches.... And then, the dudes on the other team were trolling and didn't want to end the match, so I had to sit through a stupid game for 30 minutes. Shouldn't there be a better way of handling this? Also, how are you supposed to report a bot player? Why isn't there an option for that in the report form.

I report bot players as "AFK" since they aren't there in the game. "Leaving the game/AFK" seems to get results and punishments from what I read and hear, and technically they are away from the keyboard if a bot/program is playing in their place. Though, it would be simpler if there was a specific report option for this.

"Assisting the Enemy Team" is also a good one. Hell, you could write down their summoner names and submit a support ticket.
