Servers are down and acting screwy. Is there a way to be compensated for time-based buffs (XP/IP)?

Hey, guys. I understand issues with the servers; it happens in any game. But is there a way to be compensated for the time-based buffs I purchased? I'm a restaurant manager, so I don't really get much time off to play. I purchased the buffs to power level the account these past couple days, and now the servers are down :l

Anything, even a response, would be appreciated. Thanks.

Yea, when the servers go down, they forgive everything. You'll have your losses prevented and the time on the XP buffs will stop counting down and freeze until the servers are back up.
