Test before allowed to play rank

There needs to be a system in place that each player has to go through a few tests before allowed to enter a ranked games. I suggest that there should be 5 tests based on each position (adc,support,mid.jungle,top). possibly some sort of map with bots where you have to do objectives that complement each position. each test needs to be scored at 80% passing grade. This way bronze level starts already challenging and it moves from there. Taking away the feeders, spammers, trollers, quitters etc. It can also be a training ground at the same time where players can learn and practice to use champs. Of course the bots need to be challenging enough that not anyone can pass. So what you think ? you think this would work?

The test is ranked. There is a reason we have different leagues and different divisions.

Toxic people don't necessarily play poorly, trolls can just pass the test and proceed to intent feed in actual ranked, and quitters could do the same as trolls.

Feeding is relative; if i took a plat player and placed him in a challenger game, he would do poorly. Same goes for other divisions. Also, if your intention is just to scrape off the bottom 10% or so who feed in bronze 5, the players who are next in line will be the new "worst players" and feed uncontrollably.
