What happened to the Diana changes?

Right when I thought Diana was getting some love, her changed disappeared from PBE without appearing in any patch notes.

@riot, are you guys still working on her? Please give us a shimmer of hope! She's 'alright', but her kit can be so much better, and I didn't mind the idea of killing RQ in exchange for some other buff.
