new system idea with queuing up with people

Aight so you know how Overwatch has this system where you can avoid players right, it works well with feeders or inters toxic players etc. So it be better if this could be in league I'd love to know when I get into my promos and the bot lane feeds and also at the same time yell at the team, it be cool if there is a system that can negate them from being in my team.
