PSA: The Dragon/Rift Herald/Baron death scream is not a prerequisite to grouping around the pit.

It means you missed the objective, not that it has spawned. I don't pretend to understand what's going on through people's heads when they do this but if I ping 'let's head here', it doesn't mean "group in the lane adjacent and farm until we hear the death sound." It, honest to god, doesn't.
