This horn is so great late game but needs more to stick around

I have been waiting for a long time but it seems that riot will never do this but i really feel that needs an item to build into. this is such a great item but i end up selling it because it take up one of the item slots but loses its impact save for the item pop late game. i feel it should build into a stronger item. not too much but more health , health regen, armor, and magic resist. make it combine with , , and plus 300g to finish and it makes it a great late game item that doesn't need to be sold to add better resist items.
