This horn is so great late game but needs more to stick around

I have been waiting for a long time but it seems that riot will never do this but i really feel that needs an item to build into. this is such a great item but i end up selling it because it take up one of the item slots but loses its impact save for the item pop late game. i feel it should build into a stronger item. not too much but more health , health regen, armor, and magic resist. make it combine with , , and plus 300g to finish and it makes it a great late game item that doesn't need to be sold to add better resist items.

It's a super cost efficient item with a retardedly broken low cooldown active.

But it's ARAM so it doesn't really matter. If it built into something every single tank would get it.

every tank should totally have it. it awesome but ill sell it for a full item other wise ill sit there with 3k gold and no room to put another item. other than that i sell boots which can get you killed due to lack of mobility. i just feel it should have an item to build into so im dont have to sell it. it doesnt have too have an increase to the item pop but the base stats could be increased so i can keep it around. I only play aram to be honest but item 2051 item is only unavailable on crystal scar so maybe if it had something useful to build into more people would use it. its an awesome item i just think 1000g and meager stats are a bit weak for an item later into the game.
