Hecarim's movement speed

I have always been a big fan of and i have played him alot. one thing i noticed of the gameplay that offers is fast in lane ganks. Now i just have a problem, his movement speed is such sadness to my soul. has 4 legs and runs so dang slow i think i got his movement speed to 421. in a couple of games was able to catch me and i have noticed was able to catch ...riot plz
