What way is there to climb Elo efficiently?

So I recently went from Gold 1 to Gold 4.. Win one, lose around 5-6.. It's horrendous and I've been tilting because of it. I try jungling, I try top. I try it all. But, if my ally Nasus has 96 stacks 16 minutes in, what am I to do? If my team refuses to ban Cho gath and Vi and all Cho has to do is Press q+w+r. I destroyed a Cho in lane, then he proceeded to get level 6 and then just q+w and do massive damage and then feast for 500-600ish considering his casual RoA path first. It's just too difficult. I don't know what champion/role to play to climb the elo. I've been considering Zac or Lucian, since a tank jungler can heavily carry I heard, but I'm losing ranked hard, and I hate to admit it, but 70-85% of the time it's cause of my team's poor plays. I'll ping to back, they still go in. The type of things Trick2g explains in Bronze subwars that goes on, they do the same. My IGN is the same as forum. I could really use any advice/critique. I just want to get back into plat. Please, thank you.

Yeah, I've seen one of my friends go through weird elo changes like that. I really don't get it. I just assumed the kid got boosted. Especially since it happened more than once to him. His lolking graph looks a lot on fucked up than yours too.

Here's your lolking graph. Unless you got to gold 1 and then dropped to the bottom of gold 2 in one day, it says you've never been gold 1. In any event, you just have to spam games with the same few champions that you play at a high level and are OP. You're all over the place with your picks.

I was at promos for G1 nearly, but yeah. My picks are all over the place I agree, I just play with one champion, then play him again, lose, and move on to the next.

Do you think thats the problem? Should I just strictly play 1-3 champions?

You have to take a break. Take a day or to break and then come back and just play to have fun
