Wny do I almost alwaysget autofilled into Jungle?

So I am not much of a ranked player because I am not experienced enough to go into that gameplay yet, but I have around 200 games in draft pick and I am slowly realizing that I am more and more getting autofilled into jungle, a role that I never play. It is about once every three games now that I am getting in this position, and it is also causing tilts, me wanting to leave, and losses for my team because I always get stomped by the other jungler. Why doesn't the game just wait until they find someone else that wants to be a primary jungle pick and wait for them? My queue times are awful short as well, only about 30 sec-1min.

Because Riot has made Jungle the least desirable role. They made the gap between a decent Jungler and a good Jungler far bigger than any other role. They made the jungle tedious to do. They made the jungler far too team reliant. Scuttles crabs are worth too much. Exp is pitiful. Farming junglers are none existent. Jungle champions are relatively boring in general. Small viable pool of champions. Recieves the most hate from teammates. Etc.

Because the Jungle nerfs have made the Impact the jungler has in the game and the Viable jungle champ pool so garbage that even hardcore jungle mains are quitting the role.

The TL;DR on it is basically that jungle hate is not on all regions per se. Even now, Jungle is still more popular worldwide than Support, though that's not the case in NA. It is also more popular than top (and support) in high MMR worldwide. Some other regions have Jungle more popular than other roles still, and at least one as most popular.

No idea if anything was cherry-picked, but in his review, he placed jungle hate as a mostly NA thing, though he did note that it has grown tremendously as of late.

However, what you need to know is that it is unpopular here. That's what Fill is going to be; the unpopular role. I'm not entirely sure what you're expecting to get out of playing Fill.

Jungle main here. Its not fun. I stopped playing 5v5s and went to start grinding Twisted Treeine (a mode riot hasnt touched in like a decade) because riot fucked us all over. Guess tencent decided that junglers aren’t selling enough skins and told riot to screw us so we’d migrate to lanes and buy THOSE champs and skins.
