Honor System

Hi every one, Riot is about to try a new honor system, I may suggest, that now that the client allow you to download the past matches, why not just create a way in which other players can vote on whether to sanction or not a player by watching replays, maybe you can create an incentive to do that (rp, skins etc) maybe just players rated as having no reports can participate in this proces, I dont know is just an idea, but I start to feel that Riot is doing little to nothing to stop trolls.-
