Please I can't stress this enough please Nerf this champion Teemo his poison does way too much dot damage and his blind lasts for so long but its more towards his burst plus dot damage afterwards its absurd . His Kiting ability while being able to burst out so much damage something needs to be done to his scaling and damage in general. 
i agree with you here in december 2019 teemo is too op i play a game and theres someone with teemo that get feed cause he is too op RIOT NERF IT PLEASE too annoying play league with teemo that destroy everyone

Exactly adaptive helm screws him hard currently. They should rework his w and e put some real actives into him. (Personal opinion) i main teemo i know what im talking about.

teemo blinds teemo poisons teemo hides teemo traps more importantly teemo is a not a melee fighter and gets put in a melee lane
