Riven Main Tips,Tricks,and no dicks

For new Riven players, I am at the end of my brain cap right now because i see so many noob players maxing the hell out of their Q move first. Why not you may ask? Reason one if you are in a fight with a Garen, and you go in with broken wings(Your Q),but you are silenced before you can get your third Q off you are screw because your early autos are trash. Then you are getting rekted by Garen and are forced to waste your all so amazing life saving flash. So for all of those garbo Riven Mains take note max E first please for Riven to survive in the world of league of league.
