Ranking system needs serious reworking

The rankning system needs serious reworking!

I can't get out of bronze, because I am constantly matched with unskilled (sofly said, because otherwise I have to use the N word or the R word) players. Players, that I don't know how reached level 30, because they do not know the basics of the game - when to engage, when not to engage, how to defend, when to defend, when to push, when to recall.... And it amuses me to see, how they fail to realise, that if your counter part on the lane kills you twice 1v1, he will have no problem killing you a third time and yet again they try and try and try to the point the oponent is 4/0 on the 8 minute and from there on he just snowballs It amuses me to see, that players don't understand that 1v3 and 2v4 and 3v5 (basically atleast 2 men down situations, on an equal level) are nothing, but feed and yet they dive and start blaming the others for not jumping in. If your team is fed, you can jump in, but the end of the fight is still in doubt.

Soloplaying doesn't pay off! But still they think they can win the game by themselves?

Please do something about it, start taking off levels, start demoting players, start forcing them to play more normals...but this system right now is doing more harm than good for the others!
