I was recently in an ARAM game as Quinn and realized to, much dismay, that when i use any of my abilities while Valor the same abilities go on cooldown on Quinn. I thought to myself "what the flim-flam? that doesn't make any sense. When Nidalee or Jayce use an ability while transformed their other abilities dont go on cooldown!" so I was wondering is this intentional. I mean Quinn and Valor are two different characters why do they share ability CDs. Anyway i was just thinking about how they could buff Quinn and thought that changing her to be at least a little bit more like other transforming characters might be cool as well as making Valore do the AOE thing he does when he hits something when he reaches the end of his range. That's my Quinn rant. Discuss comment whatever. just wanted to put this out there.

I think it's kind of a huge clunkfest that Quinn's harrier is disabled as bird. The AS is nice but.. sometimes you really need the burst to actually win a duel.

I think it's because if they could, quinn would be op. Imagine a q-passive proc--e-passive proc combo, then before you've had a chance to aa her back, she ults and does the same damn thing again to you, then ults again for the kill. That much burst would be insanely unfair to any adc player.
