Changing the small rock in base to a small bush

While playing some Qiyana games I ran into the trouble of only having the earth element when in either of the teams bases. As some people may know only having one element reduces your damage output by a decent amount. So I thought of the idea of changing the small rock that sits inbetween inhibitors into a small bush. This of course would benefit Qiyana and Rengar but also make base sieging a little more interesting. Most players when pushing for an inhibitor tower will place a ward in front of the gate that only one team can pass through. This gives vision of the other side and it's out of range of towers view. With a bush in the way it gives the enemy a little more control over the vision in their base. It also give an advantage to the sieging team if they can control the vision in and around that bush. From the recent ARAM changes giving Qiyana the water element from the health packs this doesn't seem far fetched.
