PLS NERF THE SH!T OUT OF SWAIN

I am not saying this because I hate playing VS Swain, I am saying this because I want to play my favorite champ again in ranked. I have mained Swain since season 2, and it is really sucks that he is always banned. I will admit that he is pretty unbalanced right now, and he needs some changes to his kit. Honestly, his ult right now is extremely hard to balance, and they should revert the changes and make it heal based on the damage it does again. In return, they should make his birds do a little more damage to compensate. With these changes, I think Swain will be balanced again and his winrate will go back down to a good place.
