i am the only who thinks Fizz R hitbox is retarded?
Happened a few times when his R just went near me, but the fish still caught me, like i dodged it but i didnt xD

You didn't dodge it. The hitbox is just fucking humongous. The rework as a whole was a complete failure.
New Fizz literally has nothing he can do except ult and hope it hits a carry. If it does, he goes in and hopes he can finish them off without him being Exhausted while the carry gets heals and shields for like 1500-2000 EHP. If he misses carry, he waits and tries again when ult is back off cool down.
If it wasn't for his bullshit ult, he would be complete trash. Hence, the rework is a complete failure.
Funny, a bunch of fizz mains were complaining that his R was going to be trash and he's a useless champion when the assassin rework stuff was announced.

Idk why this is down voted. People think Fizz has a MLG Pro Skillshot Ult?
It's better to throw Fizz's ult at longer distances now because as long as they are in the "water" the chum will heat seek on to you, and the AoE is HUGE at max range. It's like playing an FPS with an Aim Bot, but this time it's a no-brainer skill shot. So because people used his ult at point blank range before the rework so they wouldn't miss, now it's always your initiation and the chance of missing is slim to none unless you are bonobo status. Point and Click easy.
