Garen is extremely balanced

Yeah no. Not only was he extremely OP and such a braindead champ to play before, you decided to buff him. I still have 0 clue why you would do this. First of all, his silence. It can do some pretty stupid damage even with just a Black Cleaver, and it lasts for ages. This is one of the most painful things for me. I main ADC and I can't tell you how many times I get Flash + Q + Spin Crit'd + Ult'd by Garen in a matter of seconds every fight. Its not a positioning problem especially when he can just literally run through my entire team because he seems to be as tanky as Alistar with his ult on. Aside from the silence, that retarded spin. Garen is indeed a "spin to win" champ. Once Garen silences you, he can just sit on your face for hours since the new Black Cleaver gives movement speed, which procs on his spin. Lets not forget this too, he can crit while spinning. So basically he makes it impossible for you to use any sort of getaway with his silence, even if you're fast than him he gets movement speed off of Black Cleaver while spinning on you, if you happen to be lucky enough to live this far you can still get critted while hes spinning and running like a nigerian track star, then if by some prayer sent from the heavens you manage to live this far, he just ults you which in reality would of been enough to kill you after his Q, but hes gotta get those style points. Then lets also talk about this, HE HAS TRUE DAMAGE. I understand its only on 1 target at a time, but I mean come on. You've got to be kidding me. Theres no way in hell that adding true damage to Garen even sounds like a good idea. Its like icing on the cake. I mean if they're going to do all these changes and make him more OP, why not add true damage? Just fix this champion. He is everything wrong with League of Legends. I hated Garen with a passion before his buff, but I didn't think he was broken. Now he is just flat out broken. Half of you will just say "ban him then noob". I do ban him. Every game. My bans are Annie Shyvana and Garen, every single game. But I can't always be first pick. Riot just add a skill shot or something to Garen, do anything to make him either take some skill to play, or nerf him.
