Well i used to play udyr alot a few seasons ago so i decided to try him and im loving him
my usually is pheniox stance with runic tri frozen etc depends..
but i used to absoutely love tiger stance so i wonder whats the best set up for him right now and is tiger stance even slightly viable.

I have always just started out with some armor pen then went tanky.
Armor pen makes that tiger hit really hard.
something like that.
make sure to fuck people up early with your tiger. counterjungle and or gank early.
Getting early armor pen and tiger udyr makes you just insane at dueling.
In my opinion, you can be just as effective as phoenix but in an entirely different way.
EDIT: I use armor pen in my runes. I feel that it is a must. also, BC is just my pref. you can take 
or even both.
