You are probably one of those people who still hate Kalista and think she is OP despite her 40% win rate.
The new ekko can't really go tank anymore. He lost his stickiness unless he lands his slow. Unless you are really bad or get caught out, Tank Ekko shouldn't be an issue anymore once this patch goes through.
