So lets talk about the Marksman role and to what limit each rank might be affected

With all these recent updates i think its kinda obvious that the meta is shifting in a rapid way. Whether its between the new items, champion changes, the masteries, or just the overall feel in the game. The real question i want to ask and discuss is how do we feel each change will effect the Ranked division for the upcoming season and what kind of things we can expect from all ranks whether it be bronze 5 or challenger. how are these changes going to affect each one. mainly lets make it into a understanding teaching discussion so that we can learn from each other. hopefully people from every rank can come to this and learn throughout the preseason so that we as a community can become better players.
