Draft/Ranked Bans

Dear Riot,

I think you need to change the way bans in draft (pvp) and ranked(pvp) games go. I feel that its unfair and very frustrating that people on the same team as you can not like or agree with your selection of champ for role your playing and ban your champ you want to play. I feel like if you have a champ selected your team shouldn't be allowed to ban that champ only the opposite team. Many times in the time I've been playing people have not agreed with or just want to be an ahole and ban the champs other teammates are wanting to play. along with this I feel if you don't want too play with this team you shouldn't be punished for leaving the the game. I feel that keeping someone in a game that they are not wanting to play because others just want to be an ahole or a**holes on the team is just not fair. I feel like your endorsing bullying and negativity, and unsportsmen like behavior.
