About the Warwick changes
I liked where you guys were going at first with WW's W. Nerfing it early and then helping it later on since his late game is very bad.
But with the current nerfs (Q/base AD) - the Q just really makes no sense. Perhaps you're just providing incentive or reason to potentially choose to max Q over W - but realistically W is just far more efficient than Q max regardless of the state you guys want to put it in. But yeah, it does hit his early/mid game - and in turn also trashes on his late game which is already bad enough.
I main warwick personally and I always prioritize W over Q max. Half of the time I don't even max Q second, I just toss 3 points into E. Q never really offered much in maxing first anyways other than the healing powers. Damage wasn't good enough to even consider maxing it first.
His chase potential early on is just astonishing, thing is - it is avoidable under the circumstances that you CAN not stay in lane at a certain amount of hp, if you do, chances are, you're fucked. But, if you DO manage to NOT avoid it, there's no means of escape really. No chance of escape. He's just incredibly fast and unavoidable. Prioritizing W just makes it a lot more crapola for the enemies, because you become unavoidable in his blood scent. I liked the first set of changes with his W. Nerfing it earlier on sounded great in substitution for giving him a little more guidance in his by far weaker late game.
I honestly think Q nerf is just going to give even more incentive to prioritize what everyone was already prioritizing pretty much to begin with. W max is just so much more beneficial. It gives you what you need, faster clears due to attack speed with its passive - better ganks with its activation due to enhanced movespeed AND attack speed which in turn benefits consistent damage output. Q didn't really do anything special at all for me other than make me happy because it gave me so much life steal. I'd strongly consider looking over it more - I don't feel these changes are what is needed atm. He's still going to be a problem .. and still almost permabanned for the most part.
