URF to replace Dominion

10min wait for a dominion game no one plays it anymore i think it should be replaced with URF which everyone loves!

They could always just fix the mode. It really doesn't need that much to just feel better to play.

Drop both queues. Replaced with "Blind Draft" Same thing we get in the event modes. 3 bans, followed by a blind pick.
Remove the scoring system. Don't replace it. Just remove it. It's bad.
Do something about the bots. Heck, leave Blind Pick if you want. Let them go there. And give the rest of us Blind Draft.

The first 2 would do a lot to make the mode more enjoyable.

The last is something that I don't know if they can so easily fix. They're honestly probably happy the bots flood Dom instead of SR. They'd have to actually do something about them if they started to overly infest it.

As a huge fan of URF. I'd rather have Dom year round than URF.

Why not have both year round lols i wish but will never happen

Problem with a year round URF is that it's an imbalanced mode at it's core.

For sure they could do more to reduce the ridiculous like AP Trynd. But if you ever felt a meta was built around the same ~15 champions. Hope you like having the same 10 as pick/ban in every game.

The level of work it'd take to "balance" the mode is too high. Only way I can see to make it work. Is every day. The top two win rate and banned champions become disabled from the mode for a week. This means a rotation of 14 champions will always be disabled. But for someone who mains say Shaco, will rarely get to play him.

I'd like to see it more than once a year. But a making it all year long isn't a good idea.

Personally, I enjoy urf but to have it replace a cool idea and maybe make the dominion players mad, wouldn't be such a great idea.

i've played quite a bit of dominion in the last little bit and have yet to see a bot.

I've done it a couple of times in a premade 5 before while being a complete bitch with Shaco. Needless to say I made 4 people quit dominion forever for my personal enjoyment. Anyways, I think Riot should completely rework Dominion while not ruining the the main uniqueness of the gamemode.

You have to go through Blind Pick. Should have a 2-3 min wait on that. Played a string of them yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed myself.

I agree, except URF is something special that comes only in April (Urf the Manatee had been an April Fools joke Champ). Perhaps if they didn't really care about it having to be in April anymore, I'd like it to be a permanent thing...but it's special. Like Snowdown.

While I love Urf, it would get too annoying if it was around year round. Maybe one of the calmer special gamemodes like the Brawler one, or Doombots could be year round. But not spamalot mode or all for one or any of the such.
