When playing 4v5

Hello everyone!

During my years as a League of legends player i have always hated when people leave games, and when they leave and you have to play 4v5 it is almost impossible to win. But to make the game more fair when playing 4v5 I believe that Riot should change the game after someone leaves, if the person who leaves have been gone for 5 minutes the gold and items in this summoners inventory should be split among the teammates. I dont think its fair that the affected team should have a summoner standing in spawn with items worth thousands of gold. Make it happen Riot, i beg you!
