Slaybelle Katarina Rework / Katarina Sinister Steel

Slaybelle Katarina is a good skin but kind-a looks old. Maybe a rework will do the job. Add more effects and new voice for her skin. Change her falling dagger's colour. Add more effects to her R. Change it's Sound effects. This would be a really good skin if you rework this.

Also, Can Riot rework her sinister steel? Make it as big as Her old W. Her new Sinister Steel is really small.

Buff her because she is really underpowered right now. She can easily be overthrowned by her enemies. Once you lose early-mid game, it's hard for her to comeback.
