Riot is there a way to reduce the fps dropped when you accept match / get sent back to quene

My fps drops heavily when i enter champ select / when sent back to lobby and I was wondering if I could reduce it because sometimes when someone leaves ( sigh ) quene finds game already while I am crashing.
