Should Quinn be NERFED?

I understand that Riot tries to make every champion balanced to some extent, however Riot really only nerf's and changes champion based on LoLESports. The majority of League players are not pro's and champion changes and nerf's don't help us. I am currently Gold 5 which sucks but Quinn in lower ELO or mid ELO outshines many other champions. I believe that if a champion can fill 4/5 roles in League something is unbalanced and or needs to be changed. Quinn can be played top, jungle, mid, and adc without any setbacks which I find overpowered. I understand that Quinn can be countered and may not be a problem to some but I would like to see some changes to her passive, in ways that it should not be able to be proc'ed 3 times in a row. Her map presents and damage output is outrages. I understand that some will be opposed to my opinion but I would still like to see her played in less than 4/5 roles and see her passive change slightly to help her lane opponents and mid to late game power. (Why change Zed or Talon if Quinn is not gonna be changed?)

Her passive is a bit strong early/mid.. but you should know that already and know how to avoid it. buy a piece of armor or get some armor runes and she's a lot less troublesome! Also, she actually has to jump on you to combo you, so anyone with cc can completely destroy her in that time leaving her overextended and basically getting your team a free kill.

Like Yi, if you dont got much cc or a tank, quinn will just run rampant.

Just delete this stupid bump from his E first.

Her*

And then that'd make her pretty useless.

Because let this is ok ? You can crush any melee with this E, cause you can't catch her.

Quinn does not crush any melee. She does well against them, yes, because she is a lane bully. That what lane bullies do -- they bully the lane.

For nearly every common top laner, she will be outscaled in use very quickly, as a top lane Quinn isn't going to be building with late game in mind. If you build a bit of armor (as most top laners are going to be doing anyway, as it forms the components of the main items right now), she quickly becomes a less than a nuisance.

Another thing you need to realize is that you don't fight her 1v1. At all (unless you are also a good duelist champion on equal footing as her). You will have to accept that early game you won't get much farm, but this is the case in any ranged vs melee matchup. When she pushes to your tower, as she is likely going to do, then you have the jungler come gank her, and surprise! Since Quinn's damage is nearly entirely single target, she has no means of escape from combat other then simply trying to outrun you, and she's squishy as hell, you should at the least get her summoner's down, and then that just becomes a free gank the next time she comes to lane.
