Who Takes ThunderLords Decree Mastery?
Alright so I'm curious to which champs take Thunderlords Decree. I heard Kalista, Corki, Garen, and Urgot can take it. Can anyone confirm this and maybe even add a couple more champs?

wat. i mean resolve was trashed so much, that its worth thinking about, but not exactly because thunderlords is actually good on him.
