Who Takes ThunderLords Decree Mastery?

Alright so I'm curious to which champs take Thunderlords Decree. I heard Kalista, Corki, Garen, and Urgot can take it. Can anyone confirm this and maybe even add a couple more champs?

Is that a troll topic? Because if you spend a minimal amount of time on the boards, you can see that pretty much everyone, and that everyone is complaining about it.

No its not.. But I'm not complaining. Just wanted a couple champs that can benefit from the mastery more than others.

Burst champions... Basically everyone noone pokes anymore

Anyone that wants to burst you and may need the extra damage.

Alternatively, champs with a trading/poking combo with at least 3 parts. Annie's Qstun+W+aa works, whereas Zed poking with just his skillshot doesn't (but Zed might take it anyway for the burst when he all-ins, it was just to compare with Annie).

That being said, this champions benefit more than others, but in the current patch, everyone benefits from it. There are lots of buffs to other masteries in the PBE patch to try and change that.
