Be patient. That's really all I can say. I've only ever gotten gold once but have floated all through silver in each of the six seasons and as long as you don't tilt and allow it to bring you down you can get there eventually. Bring a partner if it makes it less stressful for you but personally I find solo queue to be the least.

Try focusing on 1-2 roles and master 2-3 champs for those roles.

Looking at your profile and past games, it seems like you enjoy playing Mid, Adc, and Jungle.

Your top 14 champions in Ranked are all very diverse in their roles. (And that 43.00:1 KDA on Lux, my god man) Try to narrow down your champion pool and master a few of them.

I would suggest, in general, to focus on csing, abuse laner cooldowns, and position carefully. Make sure you keep track of the enemies and try to keep a pink ward down as much as possible. Work on map awareness and become the eyes for your team, making sure to retreat ping your bot lane when they're pushed to T2 and mid is missing, etc. Ping objectives 2-3 times, but don't spam ping objectives already in progress (like spam pinging top tower when the top laner is pushing with all their might). Become your teams shotcaller, but remember that, in general, objectives > kills.

If you have trouble keeping your cool, mute /all chat or the specific players who are giving you trouble.

Give yourself helpful criticism; Don't blame your X for feeding Y and flame X, learn how you can deal with Y and try to keep X calm.

Don't be greedy with summoners and learn to play safe without them.
