I'm stuck in D5! HELP!

HELP! Ugh! where do i start! i been diamond5 last season. and this season aswell! AND it's getting boring and annoying for me.. like every freaking season i get stuck in D5. and i don't like it. And even if i made it to D4-D3 i will get back to D5. PLS ANY TIPS THAT CAN BE HELPFUL. i tried alot of champions. And i only like Evelynn. As a main with eve i cant carry the whole team every game.

And Sometimes i play well and carry the whole team. and sometimes i fail at ganking. because eve is weak sometimes.also bc she got a big nerf. and the latest buff for her. is kinda little.

I tried different roles AND IT GETS WORSE! HELP!, I also can't just play a high winrate OP champ, that i dont know how to.

I have same situation. Shaco player. High elo players told me its my macro play holding me back.
