i am seeing these kind of posts for the past few years, now it has came to me. i checked everything, tried everything, from restarting windows to Reinstalling League, nothing works. i don't have any update to my video card. internet is working perfectly, tried many different solutions from deleting a folder in RADS to deleting Config and Logs Folder, Nothing worked..
