Communication in game

If a majority of matches deal with team communication, be able to plan our ganks and when to take objectives, then i ask riot insert a system in game that would allow players to talk to each other Via headsets and mic, most gamers AND computers now a days come with built in mics! so why not have our own chat system? you not required to talk, but i can almost promise<< that toxic actions will drop and less players getting banned with a simple form of communication, instead of having to type out everything taking attention away form the match . just a shower thought riot, just a shower thought.
