Makes skins toggleable

I've been playing LoL for years now and one of the things I have been waiting for has been a way to turn off skins. I think skins are great. Its always fun gifting skins and getting some around christmas time or whatever. But one big problem I've always had with skins is that it can be hard to quickly asses who a champ is mid fight. For example, normally Lux looks white. But the Star Guardian Lux looks a lot like regular Jinx to me. With a few seconds I can tell that it is in fact Lux and not Jinx. But within that two seconds I may be dead due to not understanding what that champions capabilities are.

With so many champions out there right now a new player has a lot to keep track of. Even if they learn what each champion looks like and about what they can do you've got all the skins to learn as well. All I really ask for is a button in the UI that will load up regular skins for the enemy team, both teams regular skins minus yourself, and finally all regular skins. This would also help to remove some of the hidden power from some skins out there like what we had with Headhunter Nidalee's spears.
