Are you a diamond player who has a PBE account? If not, calling them OP or broken is based on nothing.
From what I played on the PBE, I feel like any support that can CC the enemy right off the root over minions would be as good or better than .

We will just have to see when it goes live, vs everygame doesn't teach you too much.
I'm not a fan of the forced synergy bonuses they get, but it is pretty minimal. I still stand with what I wrote above with this in mind.
Both are individually broken let alone together.
