Katarina One shot with one spin?!

It's absolutly broken. You play with some magic resist. you cc her and she one shot you for no reason. No counter play this is shit.

I would like an nerf, but like we know riot, we buff some champ that don't need it (brand) and put some DoT on something that make no sense (Udyr's Q)
